How much water does the body need in Ramadan?
After air, water is the most
important thing for human life. According to experts, a man needs 3.7
liters of water daily while a woman needs to consume 2.7 liters of water
daily. Saudi Arabia's Al-Rajl magazine quoted experts are saying that a person
loses a large amount of water during a
long fast in Ramadan.
Especially in hot areas, large
amounts of water are lost from the human body. That is why the amount
of water lost after Iftar has to be compensated so that the human body can meet
the need for fluids and the human
organs can perform their function in a balanced manner.
The question is how much is
needed in a glass of water and what are its conditions. Only in the light
of a person's age, his weight, and his vigor can it be told who needs to take
how much water. The reason is
that the more a person runs the more fluid his body consumes.
Such a person has
to consume more water. A child needs less water than an adult. However,
one must drink eight glasses of water every day. About three liters
of water is necessary for the human body.
Food experts say that water
should be drunk gradually so that the body can benefit from it. Food experts
say that the temperature of the water does not affect the digestive system. It
is not important that you drink hot water, it is important that you drink
water.
Don't drink
too much water in a short time. Doing so increases the risk of water
poisoning in the body. This is especially true during marathons when runners
drink large amounts of water, and similarly, when there is a competition for
drinking water, this danger arises.
